How long will my delivery take?

We use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked and 48 hour tracked. Orders that we receive before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same working during Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-2 working days for your delivery, keeping in mind Sundays and public holidays may take orders slightly longer. As you are aware the 24 and 48 hour tracked services are brilliant there may be some delays on orders especially during holiday and festive periods. How long after I purchase will my order be dispatched?

For orders we receive before 12pm Monday - Fridays will typically be dispatched the same day. For orders after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders over the weekends, especially on Sundays may take slightly longer. Do you offer free shipping?

To all of our amazing customers in the UK we offer free shipping! The best part about this is you don’t even have to spend so much to get that luxury we have made this compulsory, so you don’t have to worry about that extra cost!

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking information. From there you can track where your product is and see when your product will arrive.

Can I change my delivery address?

Changing an address can sometimes prove tricky, due to the fast pace environment from purchase to dispatch. If your order hasn’t been dispatched and you need to change your delivery address, contact info@levelution.co ASAP to try and amend the error. 

If your product has been dispatched then contact us at info.levelution.co ASAP so we can try and amend the issue. Once dispatched this is not a guarantee we can fix as the product is out of our hands.

Please ensure that all details are correct before placing an order, as we are not at fault for any incorrect deliveries or false addresses.

Where in the UK do you deliver?

We deliver to all regions of the UK including Scotland, England, Wales and Ireland.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

For European and Worldwide customers we do not offer free shipping as of yet. This means depending on your location will depend on how much you are changed on delivery and handling fees. It appears my order has been delayed.

Sometimes orders can be delayed depending on the time of year we are in. If we know that an order is going to take slightly longer to arrive than expected we will get in contact with the customer to make them aware. Can I cancel my order?

The only way to cancel your order is before your product gets dispatched simply get in contact with us ASAP at info@levelution.co and get your order cancelled at no extra cost.

Once an order has been dispatched you can no longer cancel an order. You will simply have to return the product for a full reimbursement. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at info.levelution.co and a lovely member of our team will be eager to help you out :)

How do I edit my order?

Before an order is dispatched any changes you would like to make simply get in contact with us at info@levelution.co to make the required changes free of charge.

Once an order has been dispatched you can no longer cancel an order. You will simply have to return the product for a full reimbursement. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at info.levelution.co and a lovely member of our team will be eager to help you out :)

Where can I put my discount code?

We are over the moon that you can get your product slightly cheaper. Once you get to the checkout page simply put your code in the box that says “discount code” then click “apply”.

If you have a valid discount code, any discounts that may apply will be deducted from your final total.

Please be aware that only 1 discount code can be used at any giving time.

Do you offer Klarna/Clearpay?

Absolutely, we understand that prices on some products might be slightly costly for some people. To make things as affordable as we can we offer Klarna and Clearpay methods, so you can easily split payments over so many months.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Of course we offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products! Once any product has been ordered, warranty automatically starts from the date of purchase. This means that there are no additional costs for you to worry about as we have this covered for you.  If you have any questions please feel free to email us at info.levelution.co and a lovely member of our team will be eager to help you out :)

Can I return a product?

Absolutely! Any product that you purchase from us has a 30 day grace period. This means from when the product arrives to your address you have 30 days risk free to use the product. If you don’t like the product simply get in contact with our team at info.levelution.co and a member of our team will gladly help you through the returns process.

Please note that for any returns you will be responsible for paying any delivery charges. Having deliveries tracked would be a huge benefit for us, so we can keep track of where the product is.

All returns must be resellable, unused and in perfect condition. If these requirements are not meant there could be a chance that the returns won’t be processed and a full refund may not be issued.

All returns must be pre-approved from a member of our team. We ask that any product returned to us has features, inside packaging and the original packaging intact.

If my product breaks during the warranty period does the warranty extend?

Warranty of any of our products does not extend if a replacement has been sent out. If you have any questions please feel free to email us at info.levelution.co and a lovely member of our team will be eager to help you out :)

How do I use my warranty?

For any warranty claims simply email our team at info@levelution.co and one of our team members will gladly take you through the required steps. 

Please note that we require your order number along with what the fault on the product is, as much detail and description is hugely beneficial for our team to help.

Photos and videos may be required to showcase the defect.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty package covers any defects the products may have, or mechanical issues. We will replace the product like for like, or any product of the same price value. If we are out of stock or have any pre-sales on, you will have priority to save you waiting any longer. Please note that the warranty lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase. What does the warranty not cover?

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or abuse towards the product
  • Theft or misplacement

  • Accidental damages
  • Electrical damages (caused by powercuts)

I can’t see my country at the checkout?

If you can’t see your country at checkouts then unfortunately we do not deliver to that country as of yet.

Is your packaging Branded?

We take great pride not just in our products but also in our packaging. Our packaging is fully branded which we are really excited to showcase to you when your product arrives. Apart from the product you might find something exciting inside.
